Schedule K-1: General Information
CNL Strategic Capital mailed the 2024 Schedule K-1s to shareholders on March 15, 2025. Schedule K-3s are anticipated to be available by Sept. 15, 2025. Any additional updates will be posted here.
Financial professionals can obtain duplicate Schedule K-1s for their clients here, 24-48 hours after the mail date. Click on “CNL Distributed Products,” then the account followed by the statement link. Shareholders can obtain duplicate forms by logging in here and selecting “View all electronic tax forms.”

Schedule K-1: Disregarded Entity Requirement
Due to new regulations, the IRS requires disclosure of beneficial owners who hold their shares in CNL Strategic Capital in an entity that is disregarded for tax purposes. Please refer to the instructions in Form W-9, Line 1e, in the link below to determine if this applies to you.
If you conclude the owner of your shares, which is reflected in Box F of your Schedule K-1, is a disregarded entity, please complete Form W-9 here. Be sure to include your locator ID in Section 7 of the Form W-9, which you can find in the middle of your quarterly statement.
